Purpose

The Campbell County Industrial Development Authority (IDA) has established the CLiMB Fund Revolving Loan Program to

  • stimulate business development and expansion,
  • encourage private investment,
  • promote economic development, and
  • enhance community vitality.

Loan Terms

Up to $25,000 loans with interest at 1% below the prime lending rate for a period of 60 months. No prepayment penalty. 

Eligibility Requirements

Businesses must be located in or relocating to Campbell County and hold a Campbell County business license.

Start Small Campbell Grant recipients will be eligible for a CLiMB Fund loan no sooner than 3 years following receipt of the grant.

Any funds loaned must be used for business within Campbell County and cannot be used for other locations. When applying, please include a list of other locations of your business, if any, with the corresponding address. Conditions might apply for businesses with other locations.
