Nina plans, directs, manages, and oversees the activities and operations of the Economic Development Department. She provides project management, develops and implements business incentives, communicates updates to County administration, pursues potential companies interested in relocating here and existing companies interested in expansion.
Molly is responsible for digital and traditional marketing efforts to increase brand awareness, media inquiries, develops and maintains the Economic Development website. Molly can provide information on building and site locations, CLiMB Fund small business loans, and the development of reports, presentations and proposals.
Claude investigates local, state, federal, private, foundation, and corporate sources of funds, collects and gathers program data, and assesses the feasibility of obtaining external funding for project and program proposals. He can help with questions about grant applications including Start Small Campbell Grants, research and data collection, and Campbell Connects networking events.
Karen directly supports the director and handles day-to-day operations for the team including budget tracking, cost-share program reimbursement, purchase orders, and incentive payments. She is also the primary point of contact for questions about authority meetings, minutes, and agendas for the Campbell County Industrial Development Authority and Brookneal-Campbell County Airport Authority.
