New Home2Suites Hotel Celebrates Construction Milestone

Integrity Operations Management recently announced the “topping off” of its new hotel in Lynchburg, Virginia signifying that the structural framework is now complete. The new 82-room hotel, located next to the Tru by Hilton on Simon's Run, is slated to open in April 2024.

 

"Today is a significant milestone for the construction of this property and a testament to the skill and diligence of all parties involved,” said Lisa McNeill, Regional Director of Operations. “Upon completion, we look forward to welcoming guests from near and far.”

 

Ducan Construction serves as the contractor for the project. Upon completion, the new hotel, managed by Integrated Operations Management, will feature brand amenities including free hot breakfast, complimentary WiFi, a 24-hour business center and fitness center. Each guestroom will include HDTV, free in-room movie channels and coffeemaker.
