Brookneal /Campbell County Airport Authority
August 25, 2021
Members in Attendance:

Others in Attendance:
- Nina Rezai – Economic Development Manager
- Mike Davidson
- Charlie Watts
All Brookneal Campbell County Airport Authority meetings are held the 4th Wednesday of each month at the Citizens Service Building at 7:00 p.m.
Tony Cihak called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m.
Approval of Minutes:
A motion was made by John Barksdale to approve the minutes of July 28, 2021, seconded by Richard Adams and passed unanimously.
Financial:
A motion was made by John Barksdale to approve payment of the bills: Century Link (August-Telephone -$81.25), Southside Electric (August-Electricity -$173.43), seconded by Richard Adams and passed unanimously.
Check book balance after current invoices paid is $85,987.15.
Updates:
Campbell County will pay Derrick Wilson to mow two times a month thru December.
- Categorical Exclusion Report – working on it- will report later.
- PPEA policy – BCCAA and Campbell County will make its own procurement policy.
- Approval to use two credit cards – one for Nina Rezai and one for Mike Davidson.

Fuel System Supplier:
- No action taken but Tony will reach out to Freddie Wydner
Chairman adjourned meeting at 6:55 p.m. Next Meeting is September 22, 2021.
