December 4, 2020 Fuel System down

Mike Davidson sent an urgent email dated December 4, 2020 regarding the Fuel System is down.  He sent it to everyone.  In the email he reported that Moe came over yesterday because he hadn’t had any sales since Nov.29.  He found 5 circuit breakers tripped. He reset them. The pump works but the display screen at the credit card terminal does not come on.  No transactions can be processed without that screen.  Even with Moe not renewing his contract we can’t bring in another operator unless the system is working.  I’ve email Alton Jordan with DOAVA to see if it’s eligible for DOVA funds.  If it is I’ll submit a request.

I need your response as fast as possible to approve or deny fixing the equipment.  My recommendation is to repair the system and if it’s DOVA eligible that’s just a bonus.  We’ve got to get the parts ordered ASAP if you agree to repair it.

If I get 4 approvals I’ll move forward rather than waiting for all 6 of you to respond.  Mike reported he had 4 approvals.
