Campbell County's new industrial park is located on US Route 29 North about ten miles south of Lynchburg and 1.5 miles south of the US 29 - VA 24 intersection.

The Seneca Commerce Park was constructed in two phases.  Phase I included master planning, rezoning, construction of a paved access road (Ewing Drive) and installation of public water.  Phase II included the extension of the access road and waterline an additional 2,000 linear feet, in addition to the construction of a new median crossover on US Route 29.

Seneca Commerce Park welcomed its first two tenants in 2008. The county has several lots still available and invites prospects to inquire with Campbell County Economic Development at (434) 592-9595 or econdev@co.campbell.va.us. Economic Development will eagerly assist you in any way it can.
